Diane Taniguchi-Dennis is the Chief Executive Officer for Clean Water Services, a water resources management utility that provides wastewater, stormwater, and watershed restoration services for 600,000 customers in urban Washington County, Oregon and the Tualatin River Watershed. Clean Water Services is a leader and innovator in environmental sustainability, water resources management, research and development of new technology, digital solutions, and a provider of quality regional utility services.

Diane currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Clean Water Agencies, WateReuse Association and The Water Research Foundation. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Oregon and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University.
