Prior to co-founding Antelope, Dustin was Managing Partner and co-founder of Texas Water Management Group. At Texas Water, Dustin worked with various leading E&Ps on a broad range of water related challenges, and helped integrate a wide breadth of treatment technologies and water treatment equipment into company operations. Dustin has over 17 years of experience in treating and managing industrial waters, hazardous waste and operating municipal collection and distribution pipelines with a focus on the application of best available technology. He has also led site inspection, long term water management, forecasting, produced water analysis, treated water analysis, technology evaluation, onsite safety evaluations, process optimization, technology evaluation, project management, employee training, vendor Identification, and increase throughput. He has overseen and cordinated day-to-day start up procedures with domestic and international engineering firms CH2MHILL, Wedeco, Leopold, Xylem, and Archer Western.
