Esteban Azagra is a vice president of Arcadis, the leading global design and consulting firm for natural and built assets, and heads the business advisory practice for Arcadis’ water business in North America. In this role, Esteban works with a talented team of planners, strategists, subject matter experts and visionary game-changers to help organizations transform their business to meet the pressing challenges of today and create a sustainable future for tomorrow. Most notably, he and his team are fully engaged in Arcadis’ digital transformation journey at the time they deliver digital solutions to clients as part of asset management programs, meter-to-cash engagements, and other business transformation efforts.
With more than 20 years of global management consulting experience, Esteban is a demonstrated expert in developing and implementing strategic business plans, full-scale performance management programs, operational optimization studies, business process workflow modeling and mapping engagements, and business optimization efforts empowered by digital solutions and human-centric innovation.
Esteban is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a master’s degree in civil engineering. He also holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He and his wife, Maribel, have two children, Esteban and Jorge, and live in Phoenix, AZ. In his spare time, Esteban plays recreational soccer and loves to explore the world on bike. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
