8:15-9:15 – Opening Plenary: Water Leadership Panel

Dr. Marshall Davert is executive vice president overseeing Stantec’s global water business line. He provides strategic direction for the planning, delivery, and operation of water-related infrastructure for public and private entities.

A strong proponent of maintaining quality of life through the company’s business and sustainability practices, Marshall applies his expertise in integrated water resources planning and management to deliver on the values and expectations of shareholders, clients, and employees.

Prior to moving into executive management roles, Marshall was responsible for numerous water supply projects in the California Central Valley. He currently serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the UCLA School of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
