Paul is responsible for Global Water Intelligence’s coverage of the United States and Canada, including analysis of financing trends, corporate M&A activity, federal and state legislation, and P3 project opportunities. Paul began working for GWI’s research team in 2014 after completing a Master’s Degree at the University of Oxford, and is now based in GWI’s US office in Austin, Texas.
