Dr. Richard Stover is recognized for expertise in reverse osmosis, pumps and energy recovery devices. An accomplished product manager and business leader with a track record of successful water startup companies, he is currently developing a breakthrough membrane-based brine concentration process as President of Gradiant’s Osmotics division. Dr. Stover has been issued numerous patents and was co-recipient of the European Desalination Society’s Sidney Loeb award for outstanding innovation. He serves on the board of directors of the International Desalination Association and has a doctorate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
