Ms. Ronit Zalman-Malach has served as the CFO of Mekorot National Water Company Ltd. since March 2019. In this period, she undertook the first issue of Mekorot’s public bonds listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Ms. Zalman-Malach previously served for 15 months as VP Finance and Control at IMI Systems Ltd., a government defense company, until it was privatized.

Before that, she served for twelve years in senior financial roles at Clal Insurance Enterprise Holdings Ltd., including five years as an Executive VP and Group CFO of Clal Group. Concurrently, she served as a lecturer in accounting at the College of Management Academic Studies and as a director at several companies, including external director at public companies and member of investment committees at institutional entities. Along with her work at Mekorot, Ms. Zalman-Malach
currently serves as a director at Clalit Health Services.

Ms. Zalman-Malach is a CPA. She has a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and MBA cum laude from Bar Ilan University.
